Pricing
From 1 January 2027 the standard price is €12. Start by the end of 2026 and you keep €8. We never raise prices retroactively.
Prices in euros, excluding VAT. EU businesses with a valid VAT ID are invoiced under the reverse-charge mechanism.
It works without commitment too: monthly billing, cancel at the end of any month, take your data with you as CSV, XLSX or via the API.
On top of the licence we charge for two things only: €0.35 per signed document, and AI credit you top up. Every company gets $15 of AI credit a month included. If that is not enough, top up more in any amount, say $200, and the app deducts your actual usage from it.

What's included in the price?
All 19 tools including the AI assistant: recruiting, attendance, absence, projects, inventory, wiki, e-signatures, announcements, seating plans, reviews and multi-tenant. Plus tailored customizations, six languages and every new tool we add. There's a single plan, nothing is locked behind a higher tier. On top of the licence we charge €0.35 per signed document and any AI credit you top up beyond the $15 monthly credit every company gets included.
What if we need a customization?
Describe what you need, and within 48 hours you know the date. Standard extensions, such as a report, an approval step, a custom role or a smaller tool, we typically build within a week, and they're included in the licence. Big items go into the plan with a date, not into a backlog with no answer.
Can people use it without training?
Yes, the system is built so that a warehouse worker and a CFO both understand it. Clocking in or out is one click, on the shop floor and in the office. When someone is stuck, the AI assistant right in the system explains what a tool is for and how to set it up.
Who will answer our support requests?
The people who build the system. No first line that forwards your ticket on. A reply within 24 hours.
How long does rollout take?

How does migration from another system work?

Which languages does the system support?
Czech, Slovak, English, German, Polish and Ukrainian. The language is set for each user individually, and emails arrive in the recipient's language.
Do you have AI?
Yes, an AI assistant right in the app. It shows you how to do things, finds your data and prepares a request. You decide and you confirm. It runs in the EU, and no models are trained on your data. A $15 monthly AI credit per company is included, and you can top up more at any time.
What if our headcount changes?
You pay for active users. When someone joins or leaves, the price adjusts by itself. No switching between tiers.
How secure is the data?
AES-256 encryption, Argon2id passwords, 2FA, isolated multi-tenant data, EU hosting (AWS Frankfurt), daily backups and an audit log.
Is there a minimum number of users?
No. You can start with five people, and we bill only those who actually use the system.
